All orders placed on futprospro.com must include complete and accurate information. You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Our aim is your satisfaction. The following outlines the available options based on the type of item purchased.

Service Offerings

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date and prior to attending any scheduled session. After approval, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. You may request to reschedule one session at no extra cost if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions cancelled later may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Digital Materials

All digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be reclaimed once delivered; therefore no refund is available for these items. Please review descriptions carefully before completing your order.

Physical Goods

You may ship back unopened merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping costs to send back the item are your responsibility. Once received and inspected, reimbursement is processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Schedule Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for sessions must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot. Late requests may not be accommodated.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by Future Prosper Lab are owned exclusively by us and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
